Qualifications

• Current appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care, assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Perform dialysis-related tasks under supervision and collaborate with team leaders, physicians and staff.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
