Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks licensed mental health therapists to empower clients and grow within a collaborative clinical team. The role emphasizes growth, licensure support, and high-quality care in the local community.

As a Therapist, you will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, participate in case consultations, and collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulations if required.
• Active commitment to ongoing professional development and free supervision/continuing education.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Engage in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Handle billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
