Job summary

SimonMed Imaging seeks a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, with precision and compassionate patient care. You will work with advanced imaging systems, maintain image quality, and adhere to MQSA/ACR standards while guiding patients through the exam with professionalism.

Expect a fast-paced outpatient environment, where autonomy and teamwork matter.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography and Mammography certifications required; MQSA/A CR standards followed.
• Valid state radiologic license where applicable; BLS current.
• Tomosynthesis and digital training documentation current; QA aware.
• 1+ year of mammography experience preferred; strong patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, with ALARA principles.
• Maintain image quality, proper labeling, and accurate exposure parameters.
• Ensure patient comfort, verify identity and medical history, explain procedures clearly.
• Adhere to MQSA/ACR standards and participate in QA and training activities.
