Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients under supervision of a RN, physician or APH.
• Transcribe orders and support plan of care as directed by policy.
• Administer medications according to orders and standing policies.
• Assist with examinations and therapies by preparing instruments and aiding the clinician.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards and proper patient care environment.
• Document care in Health Connect and ensure accurate charting.
