Job summary

WellSpan Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Ambulatory Care team, including Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) wound care. You will support planning and delivery of nursing care under supervision, ensuring patient safety and education within PA state nursing guidelines.

A 40-hour week may include rotating shifts and on-call expectations. Requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience, a licensed LPN with a current multi-state license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate from an accredited LPN program.
• Associates degree in LPN is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Gather patient history and information.
• Perform procedures and tests as ordered within scope.
• Ensure supplies and meds are stocked and usable.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain sterility.
• Educate patients and families on health topics.
• Monitor patient status and follow clinical protocols.
