Qualifications

• Diploma or associate degree from an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license or multi-state license as required.
• 1 year clinical nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and gather information.
• Perform procedures and tests as ordered (IV access, catheterization).
• Sterilize and manage instruments and supplies.
• Educate patients and families on health topics and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with physician/APP to direct care and referrals.
• Document and process prescriptions and orders.
