Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Idaho seeks a Client Technical Service Rep to support Treasure Valley Lab Centers. This full-time day-shift role leverages phlebotomy/lab tech experience to assist hospital outreach clients and staff.

The role provides detailed technical support, answers esoteric testing questions, trains staff, and preserves positive client relationships to uphold service excellence and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associate degree in medical technology preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Understanding of laboratory operations and terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed technical support for hospital outreach clients and lab staff.
• Answer highly technical questions and supply materials for esoteric testing.
• Train staff and ensure management receives recommended improvements.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure service excellence.
