Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Client Technical Service Rep to support our Treasure Valley Lab Centers. This full-time, day-shift role leverages phlebotomy and Lab Tech experience to assist hospital outreach clients with highly technical questions and training materials.

You will collaborate with laboratory staff to resolve issues, enhance service quality, and maintain positive customer relationships across site locations. The role may include training responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree in medical technology preferred.
• At least three years of related experience in a laboratory or clinical setting.
• Understanding of laboratory operations and terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed technical support for hospital outreach-based clients.
• Assist with esoteric testing questions and provide training support materials.
• Maintain relationships with existing outreach customers and ensure service excellence.
• May train area personnel and assess competency where required.
