Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Client Technical Service Rep to support Treasure Valley Lab Centers. This full-time, day-shift role leverages phlebotomy and Lab Tech experience to assist hospital outreach clients and staff.

You will provide technical guidance, support esoteric testing questions, and help improve service operations through collaboration with laboratory teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree in medical technology preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Understanding of laboratory operations, terminology, methodology and logistics in both anatomic and clinical labs preferred.
• Knowledge of medical insurance billing procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed technical support for hospital outreach clients and act as a resource for laboratory staff.
• Assist with highly technical questions and esoteric testing support materials.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to find specific answers and follow up on issues.
• Maintain service excellence by liaising between the Laboratory and outreach customers.
