Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Client Technical Service Rep to support our Treasure Valley Lab Centers. This full-time day shift (Mon-Fri) role relies on your phlebotomy/lab tech experience to assist clients and deliver high-quality, patient-centered service for outpatient labs.

You will provide technical support for hospital outreach clients, assist with esoteric testing questions, prepare staff training materials, coordinate with lab leadership on improvements, and

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
Experience: At least three years related experience.
Understanding of laboratory operations, terminology, methodology and logistics.
Knowledge of medical insurance billing procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed technical support for hospital outreach clients and assist with esoteric testing questions.
Confer with laboratory staff to find specific answers to questions and follow up on issues.
Maintain service excellence by liaising between the Laboratory and outreach customers.
Train area personnel as needed and assess competency levels where applicable.
