St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a qualified phlebotomy/registrar professional to support outpatient lab operations across Lab Outreach centers. The role emphasizes scheduling, training, QA, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, performing phlebotomy when needed, ensuring accurate insurance processing, and facilitating new site openings while maintaining patient confidentiality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years phlebotomy experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
• Previous experience working as a medical registrar preferred.
• Highly competent in registration procedures and insurance processing required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Computer experience with Word and Excel required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, performance tracking, and daily ops for PSCs under Reg. Manager.
• Update schedules in UKG/Shifts for aligned locations.
• Maintain coverage staffing for Lab Outreach centers; identify phlebotomy resources.
• Perform phlebotomy duties at PSC when needed.
• Assist opening of new sites; ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory policies.
• Participate in training of new employees and provide coaching.
• Maintain confidentiality and document management.
• Travel frequently to patient service centers.
