Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a 100% outpatient practice across Long Island with flexible hours and no on-call requirements. Compensation ranges from $300K to $500K per year and includes competitive benefits.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, collaboration with the care team, and growth of a sustainable patient panel. The position requires MD or DO with active or eligible board certification in Internal Medicine and NY licensure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required or equivalent.
• Active or eligible board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for New York State licensure.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with patient-centered approach to care.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow and manage a patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider delivering high-quality care.
• Conduct comprehensive history taking and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options and prevention.
