Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a 100% outpatient practice across Long Island. Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, with no on-call responsibilities, and a highly competitive compensation package of $300K-$500K per year.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret tests, create individualized treatment plans, educate patients, document in the EMR, and collaborate with referring physicians and care teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine and NY licensure.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centered care with team-based approach.
• Experience with EMRs and value-based care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in high-quality care.
• Conduct comprehensive history taking and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and prevention.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing and support staff.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS and payer guidelines.
• Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement.
