KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for 100% outpatient care on Long Island. This physician-led group emphasizes clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, with no on-call requirements. The role offers a highly competitive compensation package of $250K–$400K per year, commensurate with experience, and opportunities for leadership within a well-established practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with active board certification in Family Medicine.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in New York State.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key clinical provider in delivering high-quality care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including history taking and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret lab results and other diagnostic tests.
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough documentation within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams for seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and payer guidelines.
• Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Contribute to development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with growth objectives.
