The role focuses on providing and coordinating renal care, including patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients under supervision.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR/BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state of employment.
• Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.

Mansioni

• Perform nursing assessments and document care plans.
• Deliver hemodialysis therapy and monitor patient safety.
• Administer medications per protocol and document effectiveness.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and educate patients/families.
• Mentor and supervise Patient Care Technicians and LVNs/RNs as assigned.
