Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a well-established, physician-led group in Long Island. This 100% outpatient practice offers flexible hours and strong support. Responsibilities include direct patient care, preventive and chronic disease management, and collaboration with care teams.

Required: BSN, MSN, NYS RN & NP licenses, BLS, board certification, and 8+ years of NP experience. Competitive salary with benefits and opportunity for leadership roles.

Formación

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key clinical provider in a primary care setting.
• Provide direct patient care in outpatient care including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses and support staff.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA and payer guidelines.
• Support population health initiatives and quality improvement.
• Contribute to a sustainable patient panel.
