Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Computer/typing skills required.
• Clerical experience in a physician's office and EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families using the AIDET protocol at the start of the visit.
• Verify demographics and insurance information prior to visits.
• Collect co-pays and post payments per policy.
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Reconcile payments and complete End of Day reports.
• Maintain neat, secure waiting areas and accurate patient records.
