Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months of related experience or training.
• Computer/typing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families at check-in using AIDET protocol.
• Verify demographics and insurance pre-visit.
• Collect co-pays and process payments per policy.
• Schedule and communicate with clinical staff about patient status.
• Prepare and complete required forms and documents.
• Reconcile End of Day (EOD) reports and maintain waiting areas.
• Assist with referrals and authorization follow-ups.
