Responsibilities

• Directs Patient Care Technician’s safe delivery of dialysis therapy in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Delegates tasks to direct patient care staff including LVN/LPNs and Dialysis Assistants.
• Assesses daily patient care needs and develops patient care assignments.
• Monitors staff techniques and adherence to procedures.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care for patients with ESRD.
