Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America in Houston, TX is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team. The role involves providing safe, high-quality hemodialysis therapy and leading Patient Care Technicians in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The RN will assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, and ensure compliance with FMCNA policies. A state license and dialysis nursing experience are required, with opportunities to contribute to CQI initiatives and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure to practice nursing.
• CPR Certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective delivery of chronic hemodialysis therapy.
• Direct Patient Care Technicians and other direct patient staff as assigned.
• Assess patient care needs and develop appropriate care assignments.
• Routinely monitor patient care staff for adherence to procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment results.
