• Directs patient care by coordinating safe, effective chronic hemodialysis therapy.
• Delegates tasks to direct care staff as assigned.
• Assesses patient needs and assigns care.
• Educates patients and families about ESRD, dialysis, and related health conditions.
• Transcribes physician orders and enters data into Medical Information System.
• Monitors patient status and adjusts treatment per physician orders.
• Participates in CQI activities and continuous quality improvement.
• Maintains a clean, safe dialysis environment and ensures equipment readiness.
