Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN CAP 1) for our Lafayette, Indiana facility. This onsite, full-time role focuses on delivering and coordinating high-quality hemodialysis care within the End Stage Kidney Disease program.

Training is provided to support growth and professional development. The ideal candidate is an entry-level RN with some dialysis exposure, holds an Indiana nursing license, and has CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN with nursing degree from an accredited program.
• 9+ months of RN experience required; 3+ months in chronic/acute hemodialysis preferred.
• Current CPR BLS certification and state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient data during dialysis and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and supervise patient care staff as assigned.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor patient responses; respond to emergencies.
