Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients.
• Document and adjust nursing plans in the patient’s medical record.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms.
• Direct and coordinate care with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
• Initiate or assist with emergency response measures.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
