Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient RN CAP 2 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The role provides and coordinates clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group.

Mentoring and education for colleagues is expected, with opportunities to advance through the CAP. The RN CAP 2 participates in dialysis care, follows policy/procedure standards, and collaborates with the care team to deliver high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessment for assigned patients.
• Develop and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
