Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 track. You will provide, coordinate and document dialysis care, perform assessments and adjust treatments under supervision, and educate patients and families.

This role supports a team-based environment and advancement through CAP requirements. The position involves direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting with potential travel for training and mandatory CAP progression.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Willingness to fulfill CAP requirements for advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of dialysis patients.
• Perform ongoing data collection and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Educate patients and families, document education provided.
• Administer medications per prescriptions or approved algorithms and document effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective hemodialysis delivery.
