Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse (Outpatient RN CAP 1) in Michigan to begin the Clinical Advancement Program. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Entry-level RN with interest in nephrology nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection and analysis of patient data during dialysis and document in the medical record.
• Collaborate with the care team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and dialysis-related education.
• Direct daily delivery of safe hemodialysis therapy and coordinate with staff.
• Participate in emergency response and staff training as assigned.
