Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level registered nurse (CAP 1) to join the End Stage Kidney Disease care team in Saint Peters, MO. You will perform nursing duties under supervision, participate in patient assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, and support CAP progression.

The role involves coordinating with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and technicians, delivering dialysis therapy, and contributing to quality improvement activities within the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis sessions, document in medical records, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate and deliver safe, effective hemodialysis therapy with the care team.
• Provide patient and family education and participate in staff training and quality improvement initiatives.
• Administer medications per protocol and support emergency response when necessary.
• Assist with scheduling, labs, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
