Qualifications

• Assess patient data during hemodialysis and update care plans.
• Coordinate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
• Provide initial and ongoing education to patients and families.
• Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis therapy.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document justification.
• Participate in emergency response and quality improvement activities.
