Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential nursing duties under supervision and coordinate care.
• Collect and document patient data during dialysis and adjust care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families about learning needs.
• Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients.
• Administer medications per protocol and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in staff training.
