Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, participate in education, and collaborate with the health care team to improve patient outcomes in an outpatient dialysis setting.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will perform assessments, plan interventions, document care, and support staff under supervision while completing CAP

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed in the state.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing functions under supervision and guidance.
• Assess and analyze patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and options.
• Deliver safe hemodialysis therapies with the care team.
• Document care plans and communicate with physicians and leaders.
