The Outpatient RN CAP 1 role at Fresenius Medical Care provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned patient group in Independence, MO. As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient care under supervision.

You will educate patients and families, administer medications per protocol, and collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, document, and adjust the nursing plan of care for assigned patients.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Coordinate care with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
• Lead or supervise team members as assigned.
