Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level RN to join the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients receiving hemodialysis, under supervision.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will participate in education, leadership, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care and facility operations. This role requires nursing graduation, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Document data and adjust treatment plan as indicated.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Direct and coordinate delivery of hemodialysis therapy with the care team.
• Assist with emergency response and participate in quality improvement.
