Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry level Registered Nurse (CAP 1) for its Outpatient program. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to direct staff as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
• Provide safe and effective hemodialysis therapy under supervision.
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
