Fresenius Medical Care in the outpatient dialysis setting seeks an entry level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group.

Responsibilities include education, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to policy, with potential supervision of licensed staff as assigned. Requires nursing degree and active state licensure.

Competenze

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and state licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and ability to meet practice requirements.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for dialysis patients.
• Collaborate with team and supervise daily provision of care.
• Administers medications per protocol and documents outcomes.
