Fresenius Medical Care in Waite Park, MN is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 position. You will coordinate care plans, perform dialysis-related nursing duties, and participate in a supportive team focused on quality outcomes.

This role requires RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and prior nephrology or dialysis experience is optional but beneficial. Training is provided; expect on-site shifts and flexible hours in a health care facility.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform essential functions under supervision with guidance from the Clinical Educator or Nurse leadership.
• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis and document in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
• Provide safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy for assigned patients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Assist with emergency response measures as needed.
• Support training and orientation of new staff.
