Fresenius Medical Care in Edwardsville, KS seeks an entry-level RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The role provides and coordinates clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients during hemodialysis.

You will educate patients and families, contribute to team decisions, and support quality improvement. Must have nursing degree, state RN licensure, and CPR/BLS; nephrology dialysis experience is a plus but not required.

• Entry level with <2 years nephrology nursing experience; dialysis background preferred.
