Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will coordinate and provide nephrology care, assess patients, plan interventions, and collaborate with RNs/LPNs and technicians to ensure quality dialysis sessions.

The role involves teaching patients, documenting care, and participating in quality improvement activities within an End Stage Kidney Disease care team. CAP progression is tied to program requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR BLS certification current.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis.
• Document information in the patient record and adjust treatment plan.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis with the care team.
