Job summary

WellStone in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients, providers, and the public. You will manage reception, answer calls, verify demographics, schedule appointments, and handle payments with accuracy and empathy.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, emphasizing clear communication, data entry, and coordination with therapists to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist duties and assist clients, visitors, and vendors.
• Answer telephone calls in a timely manner and route messages.
• Verify client demographics and schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Take payments, print receipts, and balance daily cash.
• Scan documents and enter data into the computer system.
• Provide appointment verifications and inform therapists of client presence.
• Attend required training and staff meetings.
