Terros Health seeks a Licensed Associate Clinician to join the Recovery Counseling Program at the Priest Dr Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, employed role involves day-shift outpatient services and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Arizona license or eligibility to obtain license.
• Experience with multiple licensure types is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling.
• Chart progress, maintain records, and implement treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with case managers, medical providers, and clinic staff.
• Some in-home counseling sessions may be required.
