Terros Health is hiring a Licensed Associate Clinician for our Recovery Counseling Program at the 23rd Ave Health Center in Phoenix, AZ.

You will provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling, chart progress, maintain clinical records, and ensure implementation of treatment plans. This role involves coordinating services with case managers and medical staff, with occasional in-home visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health; AZ license or eligibility.
• Multiple licensed associate credentials listed in ad.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of start.
• Valid AZ Driver License and 3 years driving experience.
• Fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) or within 7 working days.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling.
• Chart progress, maintain records, and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor client needs and perform re-assessments as needed.
• Coordinate services with case managers, medical providers, and clinic staff.
• Occasional in-home counseling sessions as indicated.
