Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Licensed Associate Clinician for the Recovery Counseling Program at the Priest Dr Health Center. This full-time, day-shift outpatient role provides outpatient individual, group, and family counseling and requires coordinating care with other clinic staff.

Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is preferred, as is behavioral health experience. Terros Health offers full benefits, including 401(k) and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Licensed clinician in AZ (LAC) preferred or required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling to clients.
• Chart progress, maintain clinical records, and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor client needs and perform follow-ups or re-assessments as needed.
• Coordinate services with case managers, medical providers, and clinic staff.
• Occasionally provide in-home counseling sessions as indicated.
• Ensure work complies with licensure, state/federal laws, and Terros policies.
