Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Licensed Associate Clinician for the 23rd Ave Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role focuses on outpatient behavioral health counseling and coordination within an integrated care model.

You will provide individual, group, and family counseling, document progress, and collaborate with case managers and physicians. Arizona licensure or eligibility is required, with supervision and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license required.
• Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Must pass TB test.
• Valid Arizona driver license required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or ability to obtain within 7 working days.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling to clients.
• Chart progress, maintain clinical records, and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor client needs and perform re-assessments as needed.
• Coordinate services with case managers, medical providers, and clinic staff.
• Occasionally provide in-home counseling sessions as indicated.
• Adhere to licensure rules, state/federal laws, and TERROS policies.
