Finding Freedom Ranch seeks a compassionate Director of Clinical Operations to lead the outpatient program for adolescents and adults with eating disorders. The role oversees clinical and operational functions, ensuring evidence-based care and ongoing program development in a biblically grounded environment.

The position includes supervising licensed therapists, dietitians, and staff, shaping service delivery, quality assurance, and compliance while expanding capacity to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Fully licensed (e.g., LMSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of direct patient care experience with adolescents and adults with eating disorders.
• Minimum of one year of leadership/supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical and operational functions of the outpatient program.
• Develop and enforce outpatient facility policies and procedures.
• Direct budgeting and financial planning to ensure program sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Provide supervision to licensed therapists, dietitians, and clerical staff.
• Provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults with eating disorders.
