Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., social work, psychology).
• Minimum 2 years in a management setting with quality and Joint Commission standards.
• Strong experience leading a remote team is highly preferred.
• Licensed in California and/or Oregon preferred.
• Knowledge of state licensure requirements for telehealth.
• Remote position requiring telehealth etiquette and reliable tech setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality across the program and supervise clinical staff.
• Provide marketing support and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage census, labor, length of stay, attendance, outcomes, and staffing efficiency.
• Run treatment team meetings focused on outcomes and Master Treatment Plans.
• Oversee staff development and ensure adherence to telehealth policies.
