Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including services, safety regulations, and current/future programs.
• Ensure proper record keeping and regulatory compliance at state and federal levels, along with company policies.
• Recruit new staff and ensure current staff stay up to date on training procedures.
• Provide strong leadership to the clinic and staff to convey a clear vision for the future.
• Assist with developing budgets and financial documentation, including expenses and revenue.
• Attend training workshops, meetings, and events to stay updated on expectations and regulations.
