RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Outpatient Eating Disorders Director in Somerset to oversee clinical standards, program growth, and regulatory compliance. You will lead senior teams, align services with healthcare best practices, and drive patient access and quality across the department.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, budget stewardship, and a commitment to safe, compassionate care within a respected health system.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field preferred.
• Active New Jersey clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing clinical programs, budgets, and regulatory compliance in behavioral health.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing clinical standards and group programming across the behavioral health service line to implement healthcare best practices.
• Preparing clinical teams for inspections and Joint Commission site visits with accurate medical documentation.
• Directing short and long-term department plans with staff input to improve patient access and clinical excellence.
• Re-evaluating strategies to improve program census, contain costs, and enhance community mental health services.
• Managing staffing schedules, tracking non-labor resources, and addressing department budget variances.
• Participating in hiring, performance evaluations, and providing administrative on-call coverage or weekend rounds as assigned.
• Modeling universal safety standards and leading by example in safety protocols.
