Job summary

MercyOne Clinton Medical Center Health Plaza is hiring a Clinic RN to deliver patient care in outpatient settings and coordinate with the care team for safe, evidence-based practice. They will be accountable for documentation and communications across care teams.

Required are an Iowa RN license, BLS certification within 3 months, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with EMR systems and a daytime, full-time schedule with no weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Iowa with current status.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in EMR/EHR and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient patient care following nursing process.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams; support patient education.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; document in EMR.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and documentation; participate in quality initiatives.
