Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa; compact state license acceptable where applicable.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in EMR usage and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient patient care and coordinate with care teams.
• Administer medications and treatments via multiple routes.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge planning.
• Participate in staff meetings, committees, and quality improvement projects.
