Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Practice Manager for the Gastro Shea location in Fountain Hills, AZ. This role directs, coordinates and manages all outpatient clinic operations, including financial performance, staff engagement, and patient experience, in collaboration with providers and market leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience, plus 1 year leadership in a physician practice; 3 years managing a physician group is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years work-related experience in Business, Management, or Public Administration or 4 years leadership experience in outpatient clinic or related center (Required).
• 1 year of experience leading people, projects or teams in a physician practice (Required).
• Three years managing a physician practice, or specialty/multi-specialty physician group (Preferred).
• Masters in Business, Management, or Public Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and manages all operations of an outpatient clinic or federally qualified health center.
• Manages day-to-day operations related to an outpatient medical practice, including integrated services.
• Ensures high quality patient care and customer service while maintaining financial efficiency.
• Leads staff development, engagement, retention and performance feedback.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting bodies and government agencies and acts as compliance liaison.
• Collaborates with marketing to build community partnerships and brand positioning.
• Monitors operations and revises procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
