Job summary

Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee patient access services and clinic operations in Arizona.

The role plans and directs policies, procedures and workflows, while managing registrations and support staff to ensure efficient daily clinic functions. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of supervisory and outpatient behavioral health experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Three to five years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Three to five years’ experience in a behavioral health care related field.
• Three to five years’ experience in an Outpatient Clinical Setting.
• Three to five years’ experience with Rural Health Care Clinics.
• Experience with Physician Scheduling, On-Call Scheduling, Physician Relations, and Retention.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct patient access services.
• Establish policies, procedures, standards and departmental objectives.
• Manage day-to-day clinic functions including registrations and workflows.
• Supervise clinic staff and support personnel.
